Valentino Rossi

Valentino is a successful Italian motorcycle racer who had won nine Grand Prix World Championships by 2015. Seven of these championships are of a higher premier class. His career took a turn for the best after winning two lower-level MotoGP titles that helped him move up to the premier level.

Jorge Lorenzo

In Spain, Jorge was a household name. In 2012 he became the first Spanish racer to bag multiple premier class titles. His professional career began when he was 15 years old and has been many people’s favourite especially in Spain.

Wayne Rainey

Wayne was, without doubt, the best American racer in the late 1980s. He had smooth and sleek racing styles that were calculative and deliberate. He was a promising rider who would have won very many championships were it not for a career-ending accident in 1993. Michael Doohan

Michael is a successful Australian rider who won five MotoGP titles consecutively between 1994 and 1998. He rode for the Honda racing team throughout his career and left a legacy that few have come close to beating. He was known for setting up his bikes, which made him known as a rider who was also a mechanic.

Kenny Roberts

He is the youngest rider to win the MotoGP premier class championship in his first year of participation. He was also the first American to win the 500cc championship. He became popular because of his riding styles. He was the first rider to pull off cornering while hanging off his bike with an extended knee.
